Abstract: Shortcomings of current conflict resolution methods in solving the problems of manufacturing process access conflict in networked manufacturing environment were analyzed. A conflict resolution method of manufacturing process based on manufacturing tasks and time was proposed based on analyzing conflict reasons. Conflict resolution was converted to model solution of manufacturing task access in multitask domain workflow. A priority model of manufacturing task access in multitask domain workflow was constructed, and the access conflicts were resolved based on the solution of the model and the resolution steps. Finally the prototype system was developed based on these principles. It was compared to other current methods. Feasibility and effectiveness of the method were verified by application case.
