摘要: 为解决套件贸易的配置管理问题,提出了在产品平台与产品族的派生结构中嵌入套件平台与套件族的派生结构,形成了包括产品平台层、产品族层、套件平台层、套件族层和订单层共五个层次的支持套件定制的产品定制架构层次。运用多色图理论的产品配置模型,建立了产品层结构模型和套件层结构模型,表达五个层次结构特征及其属性。设计用于摩托车套件配置的转换算法表明,多层次配置模型能全面描述各层特征,实现逐层配置,满足套件的定制要求。

Abstract: In order to resolve the configuration management of the Knock Down (KD) trade, it was proposed that the architecture of the KD platform and the KD family were imbedded in the architecture of the product platform and the product family. The product customization architecture was constructed with five layers, product platform, product family, KD platform, KD family and orders. The product layer model and KD layer model were set up to express structure characteristics and attributes of five layers through product configuration model of polychromatic graphs theory. The conversion algorithm of motorcycle configuration KD was designed. The application of the model showed that it could describe characteristics of layers and realize step-by-step configuration and satisfy customization requirements.
