摘要: 为解决当前数字化工厂模型所存在的实时性不强和集成性不足等问题,提出了使用管控系统间集成通用标准--SP95标准进行数字化工厂建模。在应用SP95标准对工厂模型进行定义和描述的基础上,结合国内离散企业中的实际情况,提出了一种扩展的工厂模型。该模型在SP95标准的基础上扩展了料架和变量两个元素,并介绍了其实现方式和作用。通过SP95标准提供的功能,扩展了基于可扩展标记语言技术的制造标记语言的Schema结构,为业务系统集成提供统一的数据共享格式。最后给出了一个构建工厂模型的实例,验证了所提出的模型。

Abstract: To complement the insufficiency of real time and integration in digital plant model, the 95th Standard Project (SP95) standard was adopted for plant modeling. Based on definition and description of plant model of SP95 standard, an extended model was proposed with reference to discrete manufacturing enterprises in China. The model extended two elements:rack and variable, and their implementation and functions were introduced. Using extension functions of the SP95 standard, Business To Manufacturing Markup Language (B2MML) Schema was extended to provide unified data sharing format. Based on the new improved model, a case of plant model was constructed to prove the validity of this theory.
