摘要: 通过分析产品计算机辅助设计建模过程的表示方法,指出有向图及其邻接矩阵表示建模过程存在信息量不足和连通错误等缺陷。结合建模过程动态性和反复性特点,附加一个堆栈结构,并增加边界条件判定和后续步骤判定的内容,形成扩展邻接矩阵。提出了一种基于有向图邻接矩阵扩展的产品设计智能导航方法,将业务层与逻辑层相分离,进而对建模异常进行实时监控和动态处理,以提高建模系统的灵活性和稳定性。开发了飞机装配型架卡板设计智能导航系统,并在某航空制造企业进行了应用验证,将设计经验和知识融入建模过程,实现了卡板设计的标准化与自动化。

Abstract: Shortcomings such as inadequate information and illegitimate connection existed in describing product Computer Aided Design(CAD) modeling process with directed graph and its adjacency matrix. To deal with this problem, considering dynamic and repeated characteristics in modeling process, a stack was appended, and the judgment for boundary condition and consequent steps were added as well to form an extended adjacency matrix. An intelligent navigation method for product design based on extended adjacency matrix of directed graph was presented. In the method, logic layer was separate from business layer, and abnormity in modeling could be monitored and resolved dynamically, thus flexibility and robustness in modeling were improved. An intelligent navigation software package for aircraft assembly tooling board design was developed and was applied in an airplane manufacturing company. The application proved that by combining design knowledge and experience with modeling process, the board design automation and standardization were improved.
