摘要: 为了在设计阶段降低钢铁产品的成本,将面向成本设计集成到已有的信息系统中,提出了基于全生命周期的钢铁产品集成化面向成本设计的概念,并建立了钢铁行业集成化面向成本设计模型。在设计过程中,以成本估算为核心对该模型进行阶段性估算,并向设计人员反馈产品成本信息,及时调整设计偏差,保证了设计出的产品既满足用户性能需求,又具有较好的经济性,在产品全生命周期范围内充分体现成本控制思想。给出了钢铁行业集成化面向成本设计模型的基本求解步骤,对钢铁产品设计中影响成本最大的合金原料配方设计环节建立了数学模型,并运用蚁群算法进行了优化。通过与经验数据的对比表明,优化结果不仅降低了合金原料使用成本,而且提高了产品的综合性能。

Abstract: To reduce the cost of iron & steel products in the design stage, Design for Cost (DFC) was integrated into the information systems, then concept and model of integrated design for cost based on life cycle for iron & steel products was proposed. In the design process, the stepwise estimation of this model was carried out based on cost estimation. Product cost information was returned to designers, and design deviations were adjusted in time. Therefore, the product was not only satisfied customers performance requirements but also with good economic benefits. The idea of cost control was embodied through the entire product life cycle. Subsequently, the fundamental solution steps of the model were put forward. Optimization model of formulation design for alloy materials, which was the most important link in the design, was provided and solved by ant colony optimization algorithm. By comparing to empirical data, results indicated that it was effective to reduce cost of alloy and to improve the overall performance.
