摘要: 根据制造资源建模的研究现状,总结了制造资源的建模需求,并针对非线性工艺规划中的制造资源功能相似性问题,引入了元资源的概念。结合实例,详细介绍了基于元资源的制造资源建模方法和形成算法。总结了元资源建模方法的独立性、适应性和敏捷性特征,分析了当制造资源增加、减少和变更时元资源的变化。分析结果证明,元资源的建模方法有利于准确表述制造资源的多能性,有效区分了不同制造资源的功能相似单元,提高了制造系统的敏捷性。

Abstract: According to current study of manufacturing resource model building, model building requirements were summarized. Aiming at the problem of manufacturing resource function similarity under nonlinear process planning environments, meta-resource methodology was introduced. Combined with example, the model building method and forming algorithms were discussed in detail. Key characteristics of the meta-resource methodology were concluded, including independence, adaptability and agility. Changes of meta-resource were analyzed when manufacturing resources were added, reduced and altered. Analysis results showed that meta-resource methodology could accurately express diversity of manufacturing resources, differentiated units with similar functions of different manufacturing resources and improve the agility of manufacturing system.
