摘要: 为获得最佳的飞机装配工序,提出了基于多准则群决策协调权的装配工序评价算法。首先多名决策专家给出装配工序优先关系,以及面向装配工序的性能、工艺性、成本、质量、工时等准则的决策系数矩阵;然后求解装配工序群决策协调权和协调指数,当协调指数为非负时,决策过程实现协调,则可实现多条装配工序排序,获得最合理的装配工序。最后,以某民用机机翼为例,验证了算法的正确性和有效性。

Abstract: To obtain the optimum aircraft assembly sequence, an evaluating algorithm of assembly procedure based on multi-criterion harmonious group decision making was presented. Priority relationships among assembly procedures was firstly presented, and the coefficient matrix for these objectives:assembly performance, process ability, assembly cost, assembly quality, assembly time, and so on were put forward by several experts; Secondly, the maximum of harmonious values and harmonious priority values were calculated; Thirdly, if the maximum of harmonious priority value was not negative, the algorithm ended. Then the priority relationships of assembly procedures could be obtained. And the optimal assembly procedure could be selected. Finally, the algorithm was applied in evaluating assembly procedures and selecting the optimal assembly procedure for a component of a civilian aircrafts wing. Feasibility and effectiveness of the algorithm were also proved.
