摘要: 为解决在远程、异构平台上整车商与部件商之间在汽车安全性协同设计方面的资源共享与数据安全问题,提出了一个基于网格的汽车耐撞性协同设计系统,以及一个面向计算机辅助工程协同分析的网格应用中间件。该系统基于开放式网格服务架构标准,国产网格中间件VEGA为其提供基本的网格服务。该应用中间件为汽车耐撞性协同设计提供了有限元模型装配服务、计算监控服务和结果处理服务,并基于Web服务技术实现了与网格系统的集成。最后,在局域网内搭建了实验床,将该系统应用于整车制造商与车门部件商的协同安全设计实例中,取得了预期的效果。

Abstract: To deal with data security and resource sharing in collaborative design of car security between carmaker and suppliers who were on the remote, heterogeneous platform in automobile industry, a car crashworthiness collaborative design system was proposed based on grid technology. And a grid application middleware oriented to collaborative analysis in Computer Aided Engineering (CAE) was also proposed. This system was conforming to the Open Grid Services Architecture (OGSA) framework, and Web services. VEGA, a grid middleware with proprietary intellectual property rights, provided basic grid service. This middleware provided finite element model assembly service, computation monitoring service and results processing service for car crashworthiness collaborative design. Based on Web service technology, it also realized integration with grid system. Finally, a test bed was set up based on Local Area Network (LAN). This proposed system was applied in a collaborative design of a carmaker and a door supplier, and a satisfactory result was obtained.
