摘要: 为满足产品模块化配置的需求,应用基于参数映射的模块划分方法,对并纱机产品进行了模块划分,引入层次化接口矩阵,描述了并纱机模块的接口关系。提出了面向对象的产品数据模型,并研究了它的实现机制,给出了并纱机面向对象产品数据建模方案。提出了基于产品数据管理的产品配置流程和系统框架,并以SmarTeam作为产品数据管理集成平台,阐述了并纱机模块化配置系统的具体过程,给出了FA716A型并纱机配置实例。实例表明,该配置系统实现了并纱机产品的模块化快速配置,确保了与其他计算机集成制造系统分系统的无缝集成。

Abstract: To meet the requirements of modular product configuration, a module classification method based on parameter mapping was applied to doubler winder. The hierarchy interface matrixes were introduced to describe interface relationships of modules. An objectoriented product data model was proposed and its implementation mechanism was discussed. And objectoriented product data modeling scheme of doulber winder was also provided. The configuration flow and framework based on Product Data Management (PDM) integrated platform were put forward. The development process of configuration system based on SmarTeam PDM was provided, and a configuration example of FA716A was explained. Consequently, doubler winder configuration could be quickly achieved, and the seamless integration with other systems was also ensured.
