Abstract: Based on Service Oriented Architecture (SOA), Business Process Management (BPM) and semantic Web service, the framework of SOA, classification of service types and the service bus were discussed, and then a SOA and BPM-based business collaboration service platform for crossenterprises was constructed. This platform applied the semantics-oriented business process to separate kernel business logic and flow control logic. The process service model oriented to semantics was applied to set up execution environment for Web service to improve the ability of dynamical finding and modeling for business services and process services. Finally, a prototype was provided.
