摘要: 为使产品概念设计达到最优化设计的目的,提出了一种基于隐马尔可夫模型的模块化产品功能模块的实例优化选取方法。通过定义产品功能模型的三种最基本构成方式,将产品功能模型转换成统一的串联功能模型形式。利用隐马尔可夫模型建模产品功能模块的实例选取过程,并借助模块实例的相关信息完成隐马尔可夫模型中各参数的实例化。最后,采用Viterbi算法实现模型的求解,找出一组使产品性能(可靠性)最优的功能模块实例组合,并通过实例验证了方法的有效性和合理性。

Abstract: A systematic method was proposed to select the optimal combinatorial solutions for function modules. By defining three fundamental modes for constructing the function model, any function model generated from customer requirements could be transformed into a uniform format, i.e. series connection. Then, Hidden Markov Model (HMM) was introduced to model the selection process of the solutions for each function module, and all the parameters in HMM could be instantiated from the available information of these solutions. Furthermore, to avoid generate an exponential number of instantiations, the Viterbi algorithm was proposed to seek for the optimal combinatorial solution for each function module. Finally, an example was provided to illustrate the validity and rationality of the proposed method.
