摘要: 稳健参数设计是一种有效减少离线设计质量损失的方法,而在线调整能够减少制造过程中造成的质量损失。针对调整成本及噪声测量的波动,提出了基于变量选取的稳健参数设计与在线调整结合的方法。该方法首先基于质量成本选择在线调整变量,然后确定离线控制变量的设计,再根据噪声变量实时在线自动调整,实现离线设计与在线调整的整合,从而提升产品质量。最后,通过汽车齿轮实例验证了所提方法的有效性。

Abstract: Robust parameter design is an effective tool for reducing quality loss during the design stage,and online adjustment can reduce quality loss during manufacturing process.Based on cost of adjustment and measurement variation of noise variables,the optimization model of robust design was built,which combined robust parameter design with online adjustment.The variable set of online adjustment was selected and the optimum parameter values of offline control variables were determined.The online variables according to the measurable noise variables were adjusted to reduce the quality loss.An example of drive pinion and gear set was given to illustrate the efficiency of the proposed approach.
