Abstract: To effectively integrate technologies and managements in enterprises, product data management and project management were studied. An enterpriselevel process management framework of product design projects was presented, and its models, including business model, object model and architecture model, were constructed by utilizing ObjectOriented (OO) method. Relationship between product data management and project management was fully considered in this framework, and the process management of product design projects was divided into three sub systems of project subsystem, design data subsystem, and design process subsystem. Finally, an application case was given to verify the effectiveness of the presented framework.
