摘要: 为提高企业竞标能力,使其能快速、高质地提出技术投标方案,开发了基于产品数据管理的大型水轮发电机投标方案设计系统。该系统引入基于实例的推理技术,通过分析数据库中历史设计实例与当前方案设计要求间的相似度,提取最相似实例,并采用基于知识的优化技术实现方案优化,使之适合当前设计要求。该系统集成企业多年积累的成功设计案例、设计经验和设计知识,提高了投标方案设计的智能性和实用性。

Abstract: In order to improve the competition of enterprise for bidding and make the enterprise provide the technology bidding scheme quickly and qualitatively, this paper develops the bidding scheme design system of large-scale hydraulic generator based on the PDM. This system introduces the technology of case-based reasoning, that is, by analyzing the comparability between the historical cases in database and the current scheme design requirement, to find out the best analogical case, and then by adopting the technology of optimizing based on knowledge, to realize the optimization of the scheme and make it fit the current design requirement. This system integrates the successful cases, design knowledge and experiences accumulated by enterprises and improves the practicability and intelligence of the bidding scheme design.
