摘要: 为解决插装阀集成块设计中外部布局和内部布孔集成方案的组合优化问题,深入分析了插装阀结构特征及其集成块的设计规律,给出了数学优化模型,并提出一种融合现代智能优化理论和工程设计经验的插装阀集成块优化设计方法,构建了插装阀集成块智能优化设计系统。论述了插装阀集成块优化设计中外部元件布局、内部孔道连通设计和安全干涉校核等关键性技术问题,并提出了问题的解决方案。最后,通过工程实例,验证了该方法的有效性和可行性。

Abstract: To solve the combinatorial optimization problem of outer layout and inner connection integration schemes in the design of cartridge valve blocks, the optimization mathematical model was presented by analyzing the structural features and design rules of cartridge valve blocks. An intelligent design method was proposed combining modern intelligent optimization theories with engineering design experiences. And a scheme of automatic design system was presented based on the method. The key technologies, including outer layout of valves, inner connection design of holes, channel checking, etc., were discussed and resolutions to these technical problems were provided. An engineering example was given to testify the effectiveness and feasibility of the method.
