摘要: 基于图论和设计结构矩阵,提出了一种注塑产品并行工作流规划方法。围绕并行活动的定耦与解耦问题,将整个流程规划分为活动识别和活动规划两大阶段。在活动识别阶段,通过邻接矩阵、可达矩阵和强连通矩阵,对耦合活动进行识别。在活动规划阶段,首先借助缩减矩阵、层次递阶关系矩阵,通过建立相邻层次活动间的偏序关系,对开发活动进行了总体规划。在此基础上,借助模糊设计结构矩阵,通过比较耦合活动间关联强度的大小,对开发活动进行了局部规划,实现了并行开发流程的优化与重组。整套方法的优点是能够灵活处理不同粒度任务间的相互关系,实现从设计结构矩阵到工作流程图的自动映射,提高了工作流程规划的效率。

Abstract: A workflow planning method for optimizing injection products concurrent development was put forward based on graph theory and design structure matrix. Focused on coupling and decoupling theses in concurrent development, the workflow planning was divided into two phases of activities identification and activities planning. In activities identification phase, coupled activities was identified by Boolean operation of adjacent matrix, accessible matrix and strong connected matrix. In activities planning phase, global planning result could be obtained by deleting the redundant relationships of compression matrix, and local planning result could be obtained by comparing the correlation strength of fuzzy design structure matrix. An advantage of the method was that the mapping from design structure matrix to workflow graph could be automatically realized, which greatly improved the efficiency of workflow planning.
