摘要: 为了满足高效便捷灵活地控制零件工序质量的要求,将无线网络技术引入制造过程,提出了基于无线网络技术的制造质量控制模式,并从运行逻辑和物理实现两个方面进行了深入描述与分析。该模式以基于个人数字助理的移动质量控制终端为核心,实现零件工序质量信息和制造过程各节点信息的实时处理与分析。研究了无线网络环境下多生产模式工序质量控制的实现技术,提出了将过程质量控制图与加工设备工况信息相结合的加工误差关联分析方法。最后,建立了基于无线网络技术的在线工序质量控制和误差分析原型系统,并对上述理论和技术进行了验证。

Abstract: To meet the needs of effective part process quality control and flexibility in manufacturing process, wireless network technology was introduced into manufacturing process. A manufacturing quality control mode based on wireless technology was put forward. Operation logic and physical implementation of this mode were described and analyzed in particular. As a core component for the mode mobility, quality control terminals were used for conducting real-time processing and analysis for part process quality and correlative node information in manufacturing process. Various quality control methods related to three kinds of production modes were discussed and analyzed deeply in the context of wireless applications. Based on above-mentioned studies, a machining error correlative analyzing method that combined the statistic process control chart with the correspondent working conditions was put forward. Finally, a prototype system for online e-quality control and error analysis was developed by using wireless network technologies. The methods have been proved by the result of system operation.
