变型零件数控程序快速生成系统研究

摘要: 为提高变型零件数控程序的编制效率,提出了基于主模型零件数控程序主模板的快速编程方法,开发了相应的数控编程系统。首先,对主模型零件进行工艺分析,提取主模型零件加工特征的几何数据,并结合加工特征的加工工艺数据,构造主模型零件的数控程序主模板。主模型零件通过变型生成变型零件后,用变型零件的几何数据更新数控程序主模板中相应的几何数据,然后在工艺决策库的支持下,基于数控程序主模板自动生成该变型零件的数控程序,实现变型零件数控程序的数据驱动式生成。最后,通过实例验证了上述方法及其系统的可行性。

Abstract: To improve the efficiency of Numerical Control (NC) programming for variant parts, through analysis of characteristics of variant parts, a rapid programming method based on the master NC program template of the master part model was proposed. The corresponding NC programming system was also developed. Firstly, the manufacturing processes of the master part model were analyzed to determine the machining features of the part. Then, the geometrical data of the features were extracted from the master part model. With the integration of the geometrical data and the process data, the master NC program template was constructed for each master part. When a new variant part was derived from the master part model, the corresponding geometrical data in the template would also be updated automatically, and based on which, the NC program of variant parts was generated with the application of the developed NC programming system. Finally, an example was applied to prove the feasibility and efficiency of the proposed method and the developed system.
