摘要: 为了综合分析组成环在性能、加工成本、工艺性等多目标约束条件下对尺寸链封闭环的影响,应用多准则群决策协调权方法排序分析尺寸链的组成环对封闭环的影响程度(即灵敏度),提出了基于多准则群决策协调权方法的组成环灵敏度排序算法,由此获得组成环的灵敏度排序。最后,以某型飞机的一个组件为例,验证了算法的正确性和可行性。

Abstract: To comprehensively analyze effects exerted on dimension-chain by multi-objects constraints such as performance, manufacturing cost, and process ability, a harmonious colony-decision method for multi-objects was applied to analyze the effect of each composing-link. Then a sensitivity sequence analysis algorithm for composing-link in assembly dimension-chain based on harmonious colony-decision method for multi-objects was presented. The priority relationship of composing-links' sensitivity to closing-link was achieved by the algorithm. Finally, effectiveness and feasibility of the algorithm were validated through some component in aircraft.
