摘要: 根据产品设计和工艺设计活动的并行效果和产品信息变化规律,提出了初始工艺规划、粗略工艺规划和详细工艺规划3阶段的工艺设计模型。提出了基于关键特性表示粗粒度的非完备产品信息,并建立了概要工艺规划的策略框架。对概要工艺规划的关键技术,即基于关键特性的产品信息识别、具有多级分辨率的制造工艺分类与选择、具有可扩展性的核心工艺设计和基于差异度的可生产性评价,提出了解决方案。

Abstract: According to the concurrent effects of product design and process planning, and rules of product information change, a three-phase process planning model including initial process planning, rough process planning, and detailed process planning was proposed. Key characteristics were employed to express rough-granularity incomplete product information and a strategic framework of conceptual process planning was constructed. Moreover, solutions and strategies were proposed to solve the following crucial issues involved in conceptual process planning: product information identification based on key characteristics, multilevel resolution based manufacturing processes classification and selection, extensible core process planning, and producibility evaluation based on variation degree .
