摘要: 为了研究对某汽车发动机生产线上的设备实施同步维修,对该条生产线近3年来的设备维修数据进行了统计分析,按故障次数、维修时间、停台时间和停台与维修时间之比,确定出关键维护设备。应用蒙特卡罗仿真法,对该生产线上相近可靠性特征值的3台设备进行了基于经济性的同步维修研究。仿真结果表明,同步维修费用均值为事后维修费用均值的84.2%,节省维修费用15.8%。

Abstract: The equipment maintenance records on a production line of auto-engine-cylinder-body during the past three years were analyzed by statistical algorithm in order to study the feasibility of synchronization maintenance. Some key maintain-needed equipments were defined based on the number of failures, maintenance time,down time,and the ratio of down time to maintenance time. Three equipments with similar reliability characteristic value in the same production line were studied based on the maintenance cost of synchronization and breakdown by using Monte Carlo simulation method. The simulation results showed that the average expense of synchronization maintenance was 84.2% of the average expense of breakdown maintenance.
