摘要: 针对传统制造系统维修策略研究中未全面考虑动态环境事件影响制造系统性能状态退化的问题,提出一类因素驱动的制造系统动态预测维修策略及优化方法。构建了服役阶段制造任务动态环境事件的加工过程、人员、环境等方面的外在因素与制造系统性能状态退化之间的映射模型。引入复杂系统脆性理论与状态空间分析法,描述了动态外在因素综合作用下制造系统性能状态的退化轨迹以及预测方法。采用瞬时合格产品生产率作为制造系统性能状态退化的特征参数,并以服役阶段效益产出最大为目标,制定了制造系统的动态预测维修策略及其寻优流程。以国内某制造企业的一套制造系统为例,通过对比分析证明了所提方法的可行性与有效性。

Abstract: In view of incomplete consideration to the influence of dynamic environment events on manufacturing system degradation in traditional maintenance policies,a kind of exploratory factor-driven dynamic predictive maintenance policy and optimization method for manufacturing system was put forward.The mapping model between the dynamic external factors on the aspects of machining process,human,environment for dynamic environment events and the performance degradation of manufacturing system in the operational phase was constructed.Moreover,the brittleness theory of complex system and the state space theory were introduced to describe the degradation trajectory and predictive method of manufacturing system performance under the comprehensive impact by dynamic external factors.Under the premise that the instantaneous production rate acted as the characteristic parameters of the performance degradation,the dynamic predictive maintenance policy for manufacturing system were established,and the maintenance policy optimization flow of the manufacturing system was built with the largest benefit output in the operational phase as target.An example of manufacturing system in one domestic manufacture enterprise was taken to prove the usability and validity of the proposed method.
