流程企业生产过程集成建模方法研究

摘要: 针对流程企业对市场变化反应较慢的缺点,提出了流程企业的生产过程物流、资金流和工作流集成建模方法。利用物流模型生成资金流模型,通过对资金流的优化实现物流的优化,在物流优化的实现阶段,将人员的安排以工作流模型的方式集成到物流模型中来,从而实现物流、资金流和工作流的集成建模。利用该集成模型进行决策,可提高企业对市场的反应速度。

Abstract: To deal with slow response to the market changes in process industry, a process integration modeling method for process industry was brought forward to integrate materiel flow, fund flow and workflow. Materiel flow was optimized through the optimization of fund flow generated from materiel flow. Personnel arrangements were integrated into the materiel flow through workflow model when optimizing material flow, as a result, integration modeling of material flow, fund flow and workflow was realized. Application of proposed integration model in decision-making could improve response speed to market changes.
