摘要: 为了提升制造企业新产品快速开发能力,研究和开发了面向应用服务提供商的区域网络化制造系统,提出了一种新的面向应用服务提供商服务的区域网络化制造系统的框架,并阐述了它的工作流程和功能模块的详细设计。运用多代理技术,实现区域制造资源的集成,并构建了集成区域制造资源的数据库管理系统。通过应用统一建模语言的用例图展示了系统的功能需求。运用上述理论和模型,在J2EE平台模式下建立了名为DLUTASP的区域网络化制造系统,在该系统中,大连理工大学承担应用服务提供商的角色,而企业属于用户。应用案例表明,该系统在加快制造企业新产品开发方面具有很大潜力。

Abstract: In order to offer better support for rapid product development of regional manufacturing enterprises,a regional networked manufacturing system oriented to Application Service Provider(ASP) mode was studied and developed. A novel information configuration framework of regional networked manufacturing system oriented to ASP mode was presented. Then,the details of its working process and function modules were discussed. Multi-Agent System (MAS) technology was applied to realize integration of regional manufacturing resources and to construct the corresponding Database Management System (DBMS). Unified Modeling Language (UML) use case diagram was used to denote the function requirements of the system. These new models were built based on Java 2 Platform,Enterprise Edition (J2EE),MAS and UML theories and techniques described above exerted great guidance to the construction of the system named DLUTASP,which was conducted in Dalian University of Technology. A case study has shown that the system had great potential to speed up the production development of manufacturing system.
