摘要: 为了解决含有模糊特征的工作流任务排序问题,提出了一种工作流任务排序模型。在该模型中,根据工作流任务的特点,在建立了基于任务本身的时间特性、案例全局时间特性和任务关键性的特征体系基础上,运用模糊层次分析法,实现工作流任务的合理排序,提高了工作流系统的服务能力。最后,给出了一个算例。

Abstract: To solve the tasks ranking issue with fuzzy characteristics in workflow,a tasks ranking model in workflow was proposed. In this model,taking characteristics of tasks in workflow into consideration,a characteristics system was constructed based on time properties of tasks,the global time properties of cases and the importance of tasks. Based on the characteristics system,fuzzy analytic hierarchy process was applied to implement the tasks ranking with fuzzy characteristics in workflow to improve the service capability of workflow management system. Finally,an application example was used to prove the feasibility of the task ranking model.
