摘要: 为了支持计算机辅助设计环境下的拆卸分析过程,提出了3维拆卸仿真的基本原理和零件拆卸运动干涉的分析方法。在3维装配环境下,用位姿矩阵表达3维装配体中零件的位置和姿态,通过位姿矩阵变换控制仿真拆卸过程中的零件运动。拆卸运动中的干涉可分为接触干涉和非接触干涉两种基本类型。在拆卸运动干涉分析中,分别采用约束配合分析法和多方向动态干涉分析法对两种干涉进行了检验,最终获得了零件的实际可拆卸方向集。最后,用一个实例阐述了该方法的分析过程。

Abstract: General principles of 3D disassembly motion simulation and interference analysis were provided to support the disassembly analysis in Computer Aided Design(CAD).The pose matrix was used to represent the position and gesture of parts in 3D assembly environment. And the simulated disassembly motion of parts could be controlled through the transform of pose matrix. The disassembly motion interference could be categorized as contact interference and un-contact interference. The former could be checked through analyzing the constraints in the assembly. To check the latter, a multi-direction dynamic analysis method was used. The effective disassembly direction set could be obtained after analyzing the two types of interference. Finally, a case study was given to illustrate the analysis process of this method.
