摘要/Abstract

摘要： 信息技术评价理论研究的整个发展过程可分为萌芽期、大发展期、综合期和未知期4个阶段，综述了近几十年来信息技术评价理论研究的背景、主要成果以及变迁过程的全貌，预测了未来研究的趋势；分类介绍了当前信息技术评价的几种主流的研究概念，以说明信息技术评价研究的多面性，并指出对未来信息技术评价研究应持有的正确的理解。

关键词: 信息技术评价, 发展历程, 主流研究

Abstract: Based on a review on IT(information technology)evaluation theory, four phases in context of computer development: germination, development, integration and forecast were identified. Research background, characteristics and key results of each phase to show the whole evolution process of IT evaluation theory were surveyed and the future development trend of IT evaluation theory was predicted. Current IT evaluation studies were classified into several mainstream areas to explain the multifaceted aspects of IT evaluation. Some suggestions to future IT evaluation research were also provided.
