Abstract: A collaborative application platform for small and medium sized enterprises is presented to satisfy their requirements of information and e-business. The collaborative design of enterprises, product data management, manufacturing information management and e-business service are provided by it. The J2EE standard and XML, appropriate web and application servers, user management and security authentication are the key factors to construct the collaborative application platform. The case of collaborative application platform is presented.
