基于综合工装的盒式连接装配型架快速配置方法

摘要: 为支持产品族中变型产品的可重构工装的快速开发,提出了综合工装的概念和定义,并借鉴产品配置原理,提出一种同时利用工装检索、综合工装配置和模块化设计的工装快速设计方法,构建了详细的配置流程。在详细分析盒式连接的装配型架及其可配置性和可重构性的基础上,建立了综合工装的知识模型,该模型是一个包含特征参数、经验公式和配置规则并具有连接约束的工装设计知识模型,能够有效、综合表达产品族的工装设计知识,为实现工装的快速配置和重构奠定基础。建立了基于综合工装的工装配置求解流程,开发了工装快速配置系统,并以某机型地板梁为实例对所提出的设计方法进行了验证。结果表明,所提方法可为产品族装配工装的快速设计提供一种有效的解决方案。

Abstract: To develop the reconfigurable tooling rapidly for variant products,the concept and definition of composite tooling were presented.According to the product configuration principle,a fast tooling design method which incorporated tooling retrieval,composite tooling configuration and modular design was proposed,and the detailed configuration process was established.After analyzing the configurability of the assembly jig with box-joint based tooling in detail,a composite tooling model was established.This model was a kind of knowledge model which was enriched with the constraint relations of box-joints,characteristic parameters,empirical equations and configuration rules.It was able to express the design knowledge of product family tooling effectively and comprehensively,which laid the foundation for rapid configuration and reconfiguration.An approach to assembly jig configuration based on the composite tooling was presented,and a system for rapid configuration of airplane assembly tooling was developed.The proposed model and method were validated by the floor-beams assembly of some airplane,and the results indicated that the proposed methods could provide an effective solution to the rapid design of assembly tooling in product family.
