基于SimEvent的多产品多阶段看板生产系统设计与分析

摘要: 为了确定多产品多阶段看板生产系统中的看板数量,提出一种事件驱动的建模仿真方法。根据看板生产系统看板、物料的流转特点,采用SimEvent工具的基本元素,建立了多产品多阶段看板生产系统的基本工序单元、原材料供应以及在制品与看板的流转模型|采用实体预载技术,在仿真初始为各工序配置指定数量的领用看板和生产看板|利用实体属性值实现了仿真过程不同类型实体的识别与流转调度。建立了一个多产品多阶段看板生产系统的SimEvent实例模型,仿真结果表明,该模型可以为两种类型的看板数设置提供决策支持。

Abstract: To determine the Kanban number of multi-product and multi-stage system,an event-based modeling and simulation method was proposed.According to the flow characteristic of material and Kanbans,the models for the basic process unit,the supply of material and circulation of Work In Process (WIPs) and Kanbans were built by using the basic elements of SimEvent.With the entity preloading technology,a specified number of withdraw Kanban and production kanban were assigned in the initial simulation run.Different types of entities were recognized and dispatched by their respective attribute values.A SimEvent model of the multi-product and multi-stage system was developed,and the simulation results showed that the model could provide decision support for the numbers setting of two kinds of Kanban.
