摘要: 演变特征是工艺信息的载体,然而现有工艺模型以加工后特征表达为主,难以揭示加工过程演变特性。因此,提出工艺数据驱动的加工演变特征快速建模方法,旨在提高工艺设计准确性。首先,定义加工演变特征,构建动态与静态模型间几何关联机制;其次,基于时间维度创建加工特征演变信息模型,并阐述了其附属工艺数据的组织与管理方法;然后,建立加工截面与去除体之间的映射机制,提出了切削参数驱动演变特征几何模型的快速创建方法;最后,基于三维零件工艺设计系统开发加工演变特征创建模块,对提出的演变特征快速建模方法进行了有效性验证。

Abstract: Evolution feature is the carrier of process information.However,the existing process models mainly express the features after processing,which is difficult to reveal the evolutionary characteristics of the machining process.Therefore,process data driven rapid modeling method for machining evolution features was proposed to improve the accuracy of process design.The machining evolution features were defined,and the geometric correlation mechanism between the dynamic and static models was constructed.The information model of machining feature evolution was created based on the time dimension,and the organization and management method of the affiliated process data was described.The mapping mechanism between the machining section and the removal body was established,and the rapid creation method of cutting parameter driven evolution feature geometric model was proposed.Based on the 3D part process design system,the module of machining evolution feature creation was developed to verify the effectiveness of the rapid modeling method of evolution feature proposed in this paper.
