摘要: 针对紧固件在复杂组件中存在的建模问题,基于有限元的变形能提出了建立轴向等效刚度特性的研究方法,应用Python开发了适用于ABAQUS的紧固件结构参数化分析插件,并进行了相关参数对等效模型两种影响因素的研究。应用双重材料的试验方法,对上述研究进行了相应的验证,证明了等效模型的准确性。开发了基于不同参数研究结果的等效模型应用插件,并应用于某高速车车下吊装结构的分析中进行数值验证,为包含多个紧固结构的复杂组件建模分析提供了一种有效的研究的手段。

Abstract: Aiming at the modeling problems of fasteners in complex components,a research method was proposed to establish the axial equivalent stiffness characteristics based on the deformation energy of finite element,and Python was used to develop a fastener structure parametric analysis plug-in suitable for ABAQUS and the research on the two influencing factors of related parameters on the equivalent model was conducted.The test method of dual materials was used to verify the above research and the accuracy of the equivalent model was proved.An equivalent model application plug-in was developed based on the research results of different parameters,and it was applied to the analysis of a high-speed vehicle under-lift structure for numerical verification,which provided an effective research method for modeling complex components with multiple fastening structures.
