数字化制造下多主体服务创新行为决策机理

摘要: 为探究数字化制造环境下制造型企业、数字化服务平台与终端消费者决策对服务创新的影响,依据主体间协同度不同,划分为知识主导型协同与交易主导型协同两类业务模式,构建了供需视角下制造型企业、数字化服务平台与终端消费者三方演化博弈模型。阐述了数字化赋能下的驱动力因素与阻滞力因素对协同系统稳定性的扰动过程、牵制行为及均衡状态。研究结果表明:内生性动力和外生性动力助推三方协同创新的价值汇聚;关系型阻滞因素具有双向调节作用;结构嵌入型阻滞因素存在阈值,逆向调节三方协同创新的合作行为;此外,数字化服务平台对多要素改变的感知度明显高于制造型企业与终端消费者;而终端消费者在制造型企业与数字化服务平台双向协同过程中,更倾向于建立强依赖关系。

Abstract: Based on the differences in the degree of collaboration between subjects,two types of business models of knowledge-oriented collaboration and transaction-oriented collaboration were divided,and a tripartite evolutionary game model of manufacturing enterprises,digital service platforms and end consumers was constructed.The perturbation process,containment behavior and equilibrium state of the driving force and retarding force factors on the stability of the synergistic system under digital empowerment were described.The simulation showed that the value convergence of the tripartite collaborative innovation was promoted by the endogenous power and exogenous power;the relational blocking factor had a two-way adjustment effect,and the embedded blocking factor had a threshold,which reversely regulated the cooperative behavior of the tripartite collaborative innovation.The digital service platform's perception of multi-factor changes was significantly higher than that of manufacturing enterprises and end consumers.In the process of two-way collaboration between manufacturing enterprises and digital service platforms,end consumers were more inclined to establish strong dependencies.The deep collaboration of multiple entities provided behavioral guidance and theoretical support for the value mining of tacit knowledge and the formation of high-end value networks.
