多层车间中自动存取系统的AGV配置优化

摘要: 为节省企业成本,更好地适应市场的竞争环境,考虑多层车间与自动存取系统的规划设计问题变得愈发重要。针对定制型装备制造企业,多层车间中自动小车存取系统的自动导引小车(AGV)数量配置优化,研究将排队网络分析模型与启发式算法相结合的优化方法。以最小化AGV投资成本为目标函数,建立以吞吐率和空闲AGV数量两个性能指标双重约束的优化模型。由于约束条件无法用决策变量的封闭形式表示,提出排队网络模型用于求解性能指标,并通过将性能分析方法嵌入进启发式算法来优化AGV的配置方案。最后设计实验算例,通过将算例结果与仿真实验结果进行对比,验证了所提方法的有效性和准确性。

Abstract: To adapt to the competitive market environment and save business costs,the design problems of material handling system in the multi-floor workshops were becoming increasingly critical.Aiming at the optimization of vehicle configuration of autonomous vehicle storage and retrieval system in multi-floor workshop of customized equipment manufacturing enterprises,an optimization method was proposed that combined queuing network analysis model with heuristic algorithm.An optimization model with dual constraints of throughput rate and the number of idle  AGV was established,which took minimizing the investment cost of Automatic Guided Vehicle (AGV) as the objective function.A queuing network model was proposed to analyze the performance indexes which had no closed mathematical expression,and the configuration of AGV was optimized by embedding queuing network model into heuristic algorithms.The effectiveness and accuracy of the proposed method were verified by comparing the results of calculation examples with the results of simulation experiments.
