摘要: 针对当前工业领域变频调速电机轴承由于绝缘层厚度未规范化导致过早失效的问题,分析了绝缘层对电机轴承电蚀损伤的影响机制,在此基础上建立了绝缘轴承多目标优化模型,并提出改进NSGA-Ⅱ算法进行高效求解。通过电磁场和电路仿真分析揭示了绝缘层厚度对绝缘轴承中轴电流的影响规律,设立疲劳寿命、电蚀寿命、绝缘层表面硬度3个优化目标,借助绝缘轴承结构参数构建种群个体,在NSGA-Ⅱ算法中引入扩大初始种群规模、交配池去重、算术变异算子等改进策略以提高种群多样性。通过地铁牵引电机绝缘轴承实际算例表明,优化后轴承各项性能均得到提升,从而证明了所提优化设计方法具有较强的合理性和有效性。

Abstract: Aiming at the problem of premature failure of variable frequency speed regulation motors bearing due to the non-standardization of insulation layer thickness,the effect of adding insulating layer on electric corrosion damage of motor bearing was analyzed.On this basis,a multi-objective optimization model of insulated bearing was established,and an improved NSGA-Ⅱ was proposed to conduct the corresponding efficient solution.Based on the electromagnetic field and circuit simulation analysis,the influence law of the thickness of the insulating layer on the shaft current of the insulating bearing was revealed,and the three optimization objectives of fatigue life,corrosion life and surface hardness of the insulating layer were set up.The population individual was constructed based on the structural parameters of the insulating bearing,and several improved strategies including the expansion of the initial population size,the weight removal of the mating pool and Arithmetic mutation operator were introduced to increase the population diversity.A numerical example with insulated bearing of metro traction motor was demonstrated to show the rationality and superiority of the proposed optimization design method,where the related performance indicators are improved after optimization.
