Abstract: Deferred payment has produced huge short-term financial pressure on the operation of small and medium-sized enterprises in the upstream of supply chain.Factoring is a common method to relieve the cash flow pressure of enterprises.By considering a supply chain network system composed of multiple small and medium-sized enterprises and multiple e-commerce platforms,a supply chain network equilibrium model considering factoring financing strategy of small and medium-sized enterprises was established with variational inequality method.Moreover,an effective algorithm to solve this problem was proposed,and how to determine factoring financing strategy according to the deferred payment period of e-commerce platform was analyzed.The research showed that the deferred payment period of e.commerce platform would reduce the production and profit of small and medium-sized enterprises.Only when the deferred payment period was within a certain critical value would small and medium-sized enterprises choose factoring financing,otherwise small and medium-sized enterprises would choose to hold accounts receivable,and factoring rate was an important factor affecting the critical value of deferred payment.
