摘要: 针对变工况下的串行多工序制造系统,引入融合历史工况的设备故障率衔接机制,构建变工况设备的改进型比例故障率模型,进而通过综合考虑设备衰退对产品质量的影响机制,以有效开动时间为核心建立集成质量与可靠性的变工况设备维护模型。在此基础上,结合多品种小批量生产下工况变动近期确定而远期模糊的特性,建立一种基于动静结合型时间窗的制造系统机会维护模型。算例分析结果表明,相对于现有的静态时间窗策略,动静结合型时间窗更适用于变工况制造环境,且在工况大幅变动时更具优势。

Abstract: Aiming at the serial multi-stage manufacturing systems under variable working conditions,the evolution mechanism of equipment hazard rate was proposed by considering historical working conditions,which was followed by an improved proportional hazard model for equipment under variable working conditions.Besides,a valid-time-centered equipment maintenance model was built to integrate product quality and equipment reliability on the basis of impact mechanism of equipment degradation on product quality.Based on semi-dynamic time windows,a system opportunity maintenance strategy was proposed to take the influence of short-term certain working conditions on equipment degradation into account while the long-term working conditions were fuzzy.The illustrative example showed that compared with traditional static time window,semi-dynamic time window was more suitable for the serial multi-station manufacturing system under variable working condition,and it had more advantages with great changing of working condition.
