市场与技术混合驱动集成化创新需求确定方法

Method for determining innovation demands under hybrid driven integration between market and technology

摘要: 为使产品设计既满足市场需求又吻合技术创新规律而衍生新的需求,提出在“市场拉动与技术驱动集成的混合模式”下确定创新需求的方法体系。该方法体系包括:将直觉模糊集与理想点法结合得出创新设想技术可行度;将理想点法与灰色关联分析法结合得出创新设想与市场需求匹配度;提出一种新方法——矢量余弦法,将创新设想看作矢量,用长度和角度两个参数表示,通过投影求余弦得到技术与市场需求的集成有机度,进而确定创新需求。通过洗衣机创新设计案例验证了该方法的有效性。

Abstract: To make product design meet market requirements and be identical with new demands generated by technological innovation rules,a method system used to determine innovation demands was proposed under "the mixed mode integrated market-pull and technology-driven",In this method system,the technology-feasible degree of innovative ideas was obtained by integrating Intuitionistic Fuzzy Sets (IFS) with Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to an Ideal Solution (TOPSIS);the matched-degree between innovative ideas and market requirement was got by integrating TOPSIS with Gray Relational Analysis (GRA);a new method called vector-cosine was proposed which counted innovation ideas as vectors and represented them by two parameters of length and angle;the integrated organic degree between technology and market demand was calculated through projection-cosine value,and innovation demands were determined.A case study of washing machine's innovation design was provided to illustrate the validity of proposed approach.
