摘要: 在新产品研制过程中,依托模型相似性从已有资源中获取可重用信息,对提升研制效率、降低研制成本具有重要价值。以三维装配体模型为对象,综合考虑装配体形状及零件相对位置关系信息,提出一种基于球谐函数的装配体相似性分析方法。首先,利用球谐函数将装配体所包含零件量化表示为形状描述空间中的点,以形状空间点集作为装配体描述符;然后,通过改进的Hausdorff距离算法计算装配体描述符中点集之间的不相似度,建立了相似装配体的检索方法;最后,利用装配体检索实例库,以5组装配体为检索对象,对模型装配位置不同、细节不同以及带宽N取值不同时相似性计算结果进行分析讨论,验证了所提方法的有效性。

Abstract: In the process of new product development,it is of great engineering significance to obtain reusable assembly and its related information from existing assembly resource database for improving the efficiency and reduce the cost of development.An assembly similarity analysis method based on spherical harmonic function was proposed,which considered the information of assembly shape and relative position.The spherical harmonic function was used to quantify the parts contained in the assembly as points in the shape description space,and the set of points in the shape space was used as the assembly descriptor.Then,the dissimilarity between the points in the assembly descriptor was calculated by using the modified Hausdorff distance algorithm,and the retrieval steps of similar assembly were given.Five assembly ligands were used as retrieval objects in assembly retrieval case library.Similarity calculation results of different assembly positions,different details and different bandwidth N values were analyzed and discussed to verify the validity of the proposed assembly similarity analysis method.
