考虑人因的多目标拆卸线平衡问题及改进风驱动算法求解

Improved wind driven optimization algorithm for multi-objective disassembly line balancing problem concerning human factors

摘要: 考虑实际中拆卸生产线长期依赖人工操作的情况,以工作站数目、空闲时间均衡指标、拆卸成本和站姿操作工位数为目标函数,构建了考虑人因的多目标数学模型,并运用改进风驱动算法求解。通过离散风驱动算法建立拆卸任务与空气质点驱动的对应关系,采用变邻域搜索扩大空气质点的搜索空间;为保证求解结果的多样性,引入Pareto解集和拥挤距离机制筛选多目标解,并用不同规模算例对所提算法进行测试,通过与其他算法进行对比验证了算法的可行性和有效性;将该算法运用到考虑人因的打印机拆卸线平衡问题中,验证了考虑人因的拆卸方案更具合理性和优越性。

Abstract: In view of the dependence of disassembly line on manual operation,a multi-objective mathematical model was built including the workstations number,the idle time equilibrium index,the disassembly cost and the number of workstations where the workers used standing posture four optimization objectives,and an improved wind driven optimization algorithm was presented to solve it.The corresponding relationship between the disassembly task and the air particle driven was set up by discretization wind driven optimization algorithm,and the variable neighborhood search strategy was used to expand search space.The Pareto set and the crowding distance mechanism were adopted to ensure the diversity of solution results.The feasibility and validity of the algorithm were verified by comparing with other algorithms using different scale examples.The proposed mathematical model and the presented algorithm were applied to the printer disassembly line,which reflected the rationality and superiority of the disassembly scheme considering human factors in disassembly line balancing problem.
