波动制造环境下考虑学习遗忘效应的人员柔性仿真

摘要: 人员柔性可以为生产系统的人员安排、人机配合带来可配置的灵活性,是生产系统应对波动制造环境的有效途径。为了分析波动环境下人员柔性对于生产系统的影响,提出了考虑学习遗忘效应的人员柔性仿真研究。首先,采用离散事件和智能体混合建模的方法构建了生产系统的仿真模型,给出了模型框架、生产者智能体的行为逻辑和学习—遗忘模型。其次,定义了仿真模型的输入参数,提出了生产周期、系统柔性和团队学习水平等评价指标,设计了仿真对比实验方案。最后,选取某典型离散生产系统进行了人员柔性的仿真研究。仿真结果表明:提高人员柔性将导致团队学习水平的降低以及学习水平稳定性的提升;柔性较低的生产团队在中低水平的波动环境下生产周期更短,而高柔性的生产团队在剧烈的环境波动下生产周期更短;在系统柔性指标上,高柔性生产团队的表现显著优于中低柔性生产团队。

Abstract: Worker flexibility can bring configurable flexibility to personnel assignment and man-machine cooperation of production system,which is an effective way for production system to cope with fluctuating manufacturing environment.To analyze the influence of worker flexibility on production system under the fluctuating environment,a simulation study of worker flexibility with learning and forgetting effect was proposed.Firstly,the simulation model of production system was constructed by a hybrid modeling method based on discrete event and agent,and the model framework,the behavioral logic of producer agents and learning-forgetting model were given.Secondly,the input parameters of the simulation model were defined,and the evaluation indexes such as production cycle,system flexibility and team learning level were proposed.Then the comparative experiment scheme of simulation was designed.Finally,a typical discrete production system was selected for the simulation study of worker flexibility.The simulation results showed that improving worker flexibility would lead to a reduction of team learning level and an improvement of stability of learning level.The production cycle of the team with less flexibility was shorter under middle and low level of environment fluctuation,while that of the team with more flexibility was shorter under severe fluctuating environment.In terms of the index of system flexibility,the performance of the team with high flexibility was significantly better than that of the team with middle and low flexibility.
