云架构下基于标准语义模型和复杂事件处理的制造车间数据采集与融合

Data collection and fusion of manufacturing workshop based on standard semantic model and complex event processing under cloud architecture

摘要: 在智能制造背景下,制造车间向智能车间转型是未来发展的必然趋势,而目前制造车间数据大量增长产生了私有协议数据多、数据无法充分利用、数据无法跨系统跨企业共享的问题。为解决上述问题,设计并实现了一个云架构下基于标准语义模型和复杂事件处理的制造车间数据采集和融合系统。该系统由设备端和云端两部分组成。设备端为分布式结构,解决了私有协议数据多的问题;其中数控机床和工业机器人采用基于OPC统一架构协议进行数据采集,测量设备及计量器具采用基于质量信息框架标准进行数据采集。云端用于统一采集每个设备端的数据,解决了数据无法充分利用和数据共享问题;利用复杂事件处理技术对采集到的数据进行融合处理,得到制造执行系统关心的工件加工状态,工件的生产准备等信息,同时系统也可以协助工人完成生产任务。通过原型系统验证,所设计系统可以有效地完成上述功能,并为上层制造执行系统及时提供可信的数据支持。

Abstract: For smart manufacturing,the transformation from the traditional manufacturing workshop to the smart workshop is an inevitable trend in the future.With the large growth of data in the manufacturing workshop,the problems such as too much private protocol data,insufficient data utilization and data not be shared across systems and enterprises are inevitably raised.To solve these above problems,a system of data collection and fusion was developed based on standard semantic model and complex event processing under a cloud architecture,which consisted of a device-end part and a cloud-end part.The device-end was adopted by a distributed structure,in which the data collection was based on OPC-UA for CNC and industrial robotics and QIF for gages data to address too much private protocols.The cloud-end was applied to collect data from each device to solve the problem that data could not be fully utilized and shared.The data was fused in terms of the technology of complex event processing,thus the machining status and production preparation information of the workpiece that were concerned by MES system could be obtained.Meanwhile the system could also friendly assist workers to operate production tasks.Through the validation of the prototype system,the system effectively carried out the above functions and provided reliable data support for the MES system in real time.
