三基准要素应用公差相关要求下的检验公差带计算方法

摘要: 基准要素应用的相关要求会产生转移公差,将转移公差补偿给关联要素的设计公差能够扩大被测要素的检验公差带,从而提高零件的合格率。为计算多个基准应用公差相关要求下的检验公差带,提出一种三基准要素全部应用相关要求下的检验公差带计算方法。该方法总结了三基准要素全部应用相关要求的基准组合形式,利用模拟基准要素概念,建立基准要素实效状态和极限状态下的模拟基准要素,提出根据两个状态的模拟基准要素建立设计坐标系和测量坐标系的方法。根据基准要素的几何类型、尺寸和布局,利用连杆机构原理建立了两个坐标系的相对运动关系,通过设计公差带的连杆曲线包络计算出检验公差带。最后通过实例验证了所提计算方法的有效性。

Abstract: When datum features apply the Maximum Material Condition or Least Material Condition (MMC/LMC),shift tolerance can be added to the stated tolerance of related feature,thereby enlarge the Inspection Tolerance Zone (ITZ) and improving the acceptance rate of parts.A general calculation method of ITZ when three datum features apply MMC/LMC was proposed.The combination of three datum features when all apply the MMC/LMC was investigated,and the construction method of Measurement Coordinate System (MCS) and Design Coordinate System (DCS) based on different condition of datum feature combinations was proposed.The Datum Feature Simulators (DFSs) at actual virtual condition were used to construct MCS,and DFSs at the stated MMC/LMC condition were used to construct DCS.In the proposed methodology,the relative position between DCS and MCS was simulated by series combination of linkage mechanisms,and the kinematic envelope of design tolerance zone on the linkage curve corresponded to ITZ.An example was given to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.
