摘要: 为进一步深化数字开采在智能化无人开采和智慧矿山建设中的关键地位,形成稳定、可靠和具有实际应用指导意义的整体框架,提出一种基于数字孪生的综采工作面生产系统设计与运行模式。在综采设计与监控服务系统的驱动下,实现生产要素管理配置、生产过程预仿真与实时监控等在物理综采工作面、虚拟综采工作面、综采设计与监控服务系统的迭代运行,实现全要素、全流程、全数据的集成和融合,达到生产系统最优配置和装备协同安全高效开采的目的。对3个阶段的技术构架和关键技术进行了详细描述。以一个原型系统为例进行分析,可依次完成综采装备与煤层的数字化设计、虚拟仿真开采模拟与实时运行数据驱动的虚拟监测监控,为智能化无人化开采提供了核心技术和平台依托。

Abstract: To further deepen the pivotal role of digital mining in intelligent unmanned mining and intelligent mine construction,and to form a stable,reliable and practical guiding overall framework,a design and operation mode of production system for fully mechanized mining face based on digital twin theory was proposed.Driven by the design and monitoring service system of fully mechanized coal mining production system,the iteration operation of production factors' management configuration and the pre-simulation of production process and real-time monitoring in the physical fully mechanized mining face,the virtual fully mechanized mining face and the design and the monitoring service system was researched.Integration and fusion of all elements,data and processes were realized,and the optimal configuration of production system together with coordinated safe and efficient mining of equipment was achieved.The technical framework and key technologies of the three stages were described in detail.By taking a prototype system as an example,the digital design of fully mechanized mining equipment and coal seam,the virtual simulation mining simulation and the virtual monitoring and control driven by real-time operation data could be completed in sequence.The proposed model provided the core key technologies and platform for intelligent unmanned mining.
