随机型协同配送的成本效益定量评估模型

摘要: 为了定量评估随机型协同配送的效益,构建了随机型协同配送模型及配送微生命周期,确定了配送的作业构成特征。基于协同配送效益来源本质和该微生命周期,考虑协同配送企业运作效率和费用的差异,引入多个变动因子,采用作业成本法思想以自顶向下的顺序建立了包含费用、耗时、里程的随机协同配送成本效益的计算模型,实现了以动态联盟方式开展的随机协同配送费用和时间成本效益的一并对比计算。引入算例进行模拟评估,验证了所提模型和评价方法的可行性,以及对随机协同配送效益评价的适应性,证实了随机协同配送在多数情况下存在总成本效益,耗时效益具有不确定性,二者不完全背反。

Abstract: To quantitatively evaluate the benefits of random Collaborative Distribution (CD),the random CD model and the micro life cycle of distribution were constructed to determine its features of activities.Based on this life cycle and the essence of CD benefits source,as well as considering the differences of operation efficiency and costs of CD companies,three cost benefits evaluation models concerning expense,time and mileage,integrating many variables were established from top to bottom with Activity-Based Costing theory,such that both the expense and time benefits of random CD through dynamic alliance could be evaluated and compared at the same time.Furthermore,a series of calculation cases were introduced to validate the models.The simulation experiments proved the proposed evaluation models and methods were feasible with good adaptation,and it was indicated that the expense cost benefits of CD absolutely existed in most cases,while the time cost benefits were uncertain,and they didn't completely trade-off.
