不同荷载工况下高层薄壁钢结构的抗震性能研究

摘要: 与传统的建筑钢结构不同,冷弯薄壁钢结构的动力稳定性与其荷载分布相关。以单/双列薄壁钢结构立体货架为例,通过有限元数值计算研究了不同荷载分布及其模态振型的变化规律;考虑梁柱节点的滞回特性,以施加加速度激励的方式分别在巷道和垂直巷道两个方向上对单双列货架进行了地震动反应谱分析。结果显示,荷载分布对货架垂直巷道方向的动力稳定性敏感;地震冲击造成钢结构底部层间位移角增大,从而导致结构性坍塌。拉杆增强设计有利于改善薄壁钢结构的动力稳定性,为基于抗震性能的空间拓扑优化提供了参考。

Abstract: The dynamic stability of cold-formed thin-walled steel structure was related to its load distribution,which was obviously different from the traditional steel building structure.By taking the single/double entry racking as examples,the load distribution and mode shape on the racking were researched with finite element method.In consideration of hysteretic model on beam end connectors,the acceleration excitation was applied to analyze the seismic response spectrum in down-aisle direction and cross-aisle direction respectively.The result showed that the load distribution was more sensitive to the dynamic stability of steel racking in cross-aisle direction;the drift angle of  rack bottom layer was larger under the earthquake sway,which could led to structure collapse.The bracing reinforcement solution was proposed to improve the dynamic stability of thin-walled steel and optimize the spatial topology of thin-walled steel structures promisingly.
