摘要: 为提高混合冲压车间的生产效率、缩短交货期并减少生产成本,以最小化最00大完工时间、换模次数、加工成本为优化目标,建立了混合冲压计划排程的多目标优化模型,采用基于非支配排序的遗传算法进行求解。设计了包含模具信息的染色体编码和解码方式,并利用线性加权法从Pareto解集中筛选出满意解。以某汽车生产企业冲压车间一个生产周期的生产任务为例,验证了所提方法的可行性与有效性。

Abstract: To improve the production efficiency of hybrid stamping scheduling and reduce the delivery and production cost,a multi-objective optimization model of hybrid stamping plan was established with the objectives of minimum makespan,die changing time and processing cost.Furthermore,Non-dominated Sorting Genetic Algorithm (NSGA-Ⅱ) was proposed to solve the model.The way of encoding and decoding on chromosome by considering the die information was designed,and the satisfied solution was chosen from Pareto solution by using the linear weighted method.A stamping plan of an automobile production enterprise was taken as a case to demonstrate the practicality and effectiveness of the proposed approach.
