面向制造业的云检测平台设计与实践

摘要: 为应对制造业变革发展对检测信息的爆发式增长需求,将云计算技术与传统检测技术相结合,设计了面向制造业的云检测平台。从功能性、管理性和交互性3方面进行需求分析,设计了由物理资源层、虚拟资源层、核心功能层、服务开发层和服务使用层组成的云检测平台架构;利用可扩展标记语言和Web Service技术对云终端硬件资源进行描述与封装,将传感器、检测仪器和被检测对象映射为云平台资源,以LXI仪器为中心控制节点,建立了随检测需求动态组织与共享使用的硬件资源池;确定了云检测平台的服务模式,并开发了实践平台,验证了所提供检测服务的可行性。

Abstract: For meeting the explosively growing demand for inspection information in the manufacturing industry,a cloud inspection platform was designed and realized by combing traditional inspection techniques with cloud computing technology.According to the demand analysis for functionality,manageability and interaction,the architecture of cloud inspection plat which consisted of physical resources layer,virtual resources layer,core function layer,service development layer and service application layer was designed.The terminal hardware included sensors,instruments and inspected objects,was described and encapsulated as the virtual resource by XML language and Web Service technique.LXI instruments were selected as the control nodes to establish a virtual resource pool,which could provide the inspection service on demand.The service mode of cloud inspection was defined and a practical platform was developed to verify the availability of the inspection service.
