多退化变量下基于灰色生成率序列的相似性寿命预测方法

摘要: 鉴于目前关于多退化变量下相似性寿命预测方法的研究较少,提出了多退化变量下基于灰色生成率序列的相似性寿命预测方法。采用灰色累加生成关联模型,将样本数据转换成灰色生成率序列;基于服役样本和参照样本的灰色生成率序列,采用灰色相似关联度分析法计算服役样本与参照样本的相似度,其中各退化变量的权重通过群体一致性算法计算得到;结合参照样本的相似度与实际剩余寿命,采用相似加权平均法预测服役样本的剩余寿命;通过陀螺仪剩余寿命预测的实例,对所提方法的合理性和有效性进行了验证。初步的案例研究显示,所提出的基于灰色生成率序列的相似性寿命预测方法可以获得更精确的剩余寿命预测结果,具有良好的应用前景。

Abstract: To solve the problem of rare researches on similarity-based residual life estimation with multiple degradation variables,the multi-index modeling method based on grey generation rate sequence was proposed.Grey accumulation generation relational analysis model was hired to transform sample data into grey generation rate;based on grey generation rate of operating sample and reference samples,the similarities between operating sample and reference samples were calculated by grey similarity correlation analysis method,and weight of each degradation variable was computed by group consistency algorithm;the Residual Useful Life (RUL) of operating sample was predicted through the similarity weighted average based on similarities and actual RUL of reference samples.The reasonability and effectiveness of the proposed method were validated through the case analysis of gyroscope residual life prediction.Preliminary case study showed that the multi-index modeling method for similarity-based residual life estimation based on grey generation rate sequence could obtain more accurate RUL prediction results and had a good application prospect.
