摘要: 为了研究云制造资源组合中物理制造资源的跨地域高度分散性,在传统差分进化算法的基础上进行改进,提出块变异、块交叉和块选择,针对云制造跨地域特征,设计了最佳运输方案选择策略以及相应的适应度函数计算方法。通过实验说明了该方法能很好地解决传统资源组合和生产调度方法无法满足云制造过程特征需求的问题。

Abstract: As the landing and extension of cloud computing theory in manufacturing industry,the existing researches of cloud manufacturing focused on architecture and resource modeling,in which the resource combination did not considered the massive and cross-zone manufacturing resources.For this reason,the differential evolution algorithm was improved,as well as the block variation,block crossover and block selection were proposed.Aiming at the characteristic of cross-zone,selection strategy of best transportation schema and related calculation method of fitness function were both designed.The experiment result showed that the proposed method could meet well the requirement of cloud manufacturing resource optimal combination which the traditional resource combination and production scheduling method were met.
